DAY 1: Hanoi/ Ninh Binh - Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay (L, D)

Morning_The limousine bus will collect you from your hotel in Hanoi/ Ninh Binh and convey you to Ha Long around 11h30.

11:30_Arrive at Scarlet Pearl Cruise's Lounge in Halong International Cruise Port to check-in. 

12:00_Guests will start boarding Scarlet Pearl Cruise. Guests will be offered a “welcome drink” and listen to instructions before boarding. 

13:00_ A splendid lunch is served at Tahiti Restaurant while the cruise travels across primitive Lan Ha Bay. The bay has hundreds of islands and islets, making it a wonderful background for guests to look at while dining. 

14:30 - 15:00_Arrive at Dark & Bright Cave by kayaking or rowing boat as the path towards the cave is 70m long of water.  On the way, guests will be amazed by sparkling karst arcs through sunlight. Afterward, guests are invited to enter Ao Ech Area, an extremely serene and emerald spot to kayak and swim. It’ll be a wonderful chance to immerse in one of the most remote parts of Lan Ha Bay. The shape of this lagoon looks like a giant frog resting, hence it explains the name “Ao Ech” in Vietnamese. 

17:00_Return to the cruise to relax and admire the sunset on the sundeck. 

17:30_Watching the sunset over Lan Ha Bay is one of the moments that shouldn’t be missed. During this time, there will be either a Sunset Party in Sky Bar or a Cooking Class hosted by our Chef (depending on the season). 

17:30 - 18:45_It is Happy Hour meaning Buy Two Get One Free - this promotion is applied to our limited drinks menu. Guests can also choose to watch the sunset by catamaran while sipping fresh cocktails (this is surcharged). 

19:00_Fine-dining dinner will be started along with a fun and interactive cultural exchange between all the guests and our Vietnamese host.

DAY 2: Lan Ha Bay - Cat Ba Island - Viet Hai Village (B, L, D)

06:30_Begin a new day with a Tai Chi Session while welcoming a magnificent sunrise.  (Guests can also choose to take photos and enjoy the scene if they prefer so.) Tea, coffee, and bakery are served from 06:30-07:30 in the refreshing and peaceful beauty of the Bay.  

09:00_Tour around Ba Trai Dao Beach, one of the most gorgeous beaches in Lan Ha Bay. Then, guests will visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island and hop on bicycle rides (or electric cars). On this island, guests will have the chance to go through a rainforest tunnel and see its gorgeous scenery. Meet and greet the locals living their lives, and check out their houses and schools.  A small village of only 80 households nestled amid forests and covered by the high mountain range of Cát Bà National Park, Việt Hải locals practice a self-sufficient lifestyle by farming, fishing, and breeding. 

12:00_Taste a fresh lunch on the luxury catamaran, in which guests will have the chance to go fishing and swimming in the remote areas with the most breathtaking views. This exquisite picnic might be the highlight of the day.

14:30_Return to Scarlet Pearl Cruise. Guests can then restore with a true expert massage from Ha Long Pearl Spa or relax and admire the sunset on the sundeck.

06:30_Enjoy the last peaceful moments onboard. Begin a new day with a Tai Chi Session while welcoming a magnificent sunrise.  (Guests can also choose to take photos and enjoy the scene if they prefer.)

06:30-07:30_Tea, coffee, and bakery are served from in the refreshing and peaceful beauty of the Bay.  

09:00_Get ready to check out. 

09:30_Guests will be served with succulent buffet brunch in Tahiti Restaurant before disembarking. 

11:00 - 11:30_The cruise is now back at the Port. Say goodbye to Halong Bay and return to Hanoi/ Ninh Binh.

Afternoon_Arrive in Hanoi/ Ninh Binh, our bus drop you off at your Hotel. End the trip and say goodbye.
