07:00 - 07:30_Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and depart to Yen Bai, Mu Cang Chai. On the way, we will have a short break in the Ba Vi area, you can have breakfast by yourself.

Thanh Son Tea Highland
10:30_Stop at Thanh Son Tea Highland for a while to take a photo of a beautiful green tea landscape and enjoy a long breath of fresh air. You will have a chance to sightsee the local farmers when they are harvesting tea leaves.

Nghia Lo - Have Lunch
12:00_Arrive in Nghia Lo, and have lunch at a local restaurant. Vegetarian options are available (please confirm us before the trip if you are allergic to anything).

Hoc Ethnic Village

13:00_After lunch, we will visit Hoc Ethnic Village and enjoy relaxing moments in the hot spring.

Tien Nu Cave

15:00_Get on the bus and move to Tu Le - which has long been famous for its glutinous rice specialties. Located on National Highway 32 in Van Chan District and next to Khau Pha Pass, Tu Le could be a get-away spot of choice for many types of travelers, from backpackers to luxury seekers. The commune is home to the Black H’Mong and Thai communities.

Visit Tien Nu Cave, near central Tu Le, is a not-to-miss tourist attraction. Visitors can explore the cave where fairies were said to descend from Khau Pha sky gate to earth according to local legends. For the last 300 years, Thai ethnic people have held the belief that on the 30th of the 12th month on the lunar calendar, fairies descend from the sky to revel in worldly beauty. Amid silver smoke, the fairies are said to bathe in Nam Lung stream and get changed in Tien Nu Cave.

Transfer to a local homestay in Tu Le commune, and relax.

Trekking Khau Pha Pass
08:30_Start trekking Khau Pha Pass. Nicknamed the "Heaven's Gate," this giant pass offers jaw-dropping panoramas of the Hoang Lien Son mountains. The winding road, carved through dramatic landscapes, is a photographer's paradise. 

Khau Pha Pass lies roughly 130 kilometers northwest of Yen Bai City and 265 kilometers from Hanoi's center. Towering over 1,200 meters above sea level, this 30-kilometer giant carves a dramatic path through the province, forming a natural border between the Van Chan and Mu Cang Chai Districts. Also, part of National Highway No. 32, which connects Hanoi to the far reaches of Lai Chau Province, Khau Pha Pass holds the title of both the longest and most challenging climb along this vital route.

Mu Cang Chai Bamboo Forest
13:00_Get on transfer and continue to visit the Mu Cang Chai Bamboo Forest. 

The Bamboo Forest in Mu Cang Chai is simply a paradise for any form of photography. The way light plays, thunders against, and glistens with the falling dew on leaves in perfect sync with the symmetrical bamboo stalk brings an atmosphere so serene, finally resulting in perfect photo opportunities. Some of the most ideal spots for capturing the beauty of these forests are:

The Heart of the Forest: Dive deep into the heart of the forest, where bamboo is at its thickest. Light filters through in ethereal beams here, providing a magical atmosphere perfect for wide-angled shots.
The Forest Edge: Offset the bamboo forest against the terracing of rice fields. This juxtaposition between green and gold, nature and cultivation, speaks volumes about the landscape.
The Traditional Pathways: Show the worn paths that wind their way through the forest. Lined with bamboo on either side, these pathways locals have used for generations are sure to add a strong sense of journey and adventure to every frame.

Ascending the hill provides sweeping vistas of the expansive terraced rice fields, which are a sight to behold. The vibrant greenery and the unique shape of the terraces also create an enchanting panorama that enthralls photography enthusiasts and nature lovers.
